Formed 1979 Mansfield, Notts. Released two singles on Lincoln indie label Dead Good Records before signing to Stevo’s Some Bizarre Label in 1980. Appeared on Some Bizzare Album alongside debut outings from Depeche Mode, Soft Cell, The The and Blancmange. Debut single ‚Remembrance Day‘ charted in March 1981. Supported Duran Duran on first UK tour. Best remembered for third single ‚Nowhere Girl‘ hit in Europe and US. Signed to Sire in 1983. Album, ‚Forever Running‘ in 1985. Recorded single ‚A Letter from Afar‘ at Abbey Road with John Jellybean Benitez. Band split in 1986. Reformed October 2004 for show at Metro Club London. Recently recorded new material & played shows in Europe.
