2. In short
This is a static archive website. It uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics, no contact form and no newsletter. Fonts, images and audio snippets are delivered from our own web space. No content from third parties (such as videos, maps or social media widgets) is embedded.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes information that your browser transmits, in so-called server log files: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, requested page or file, date and time of the request and the IP address.
This processing is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is not combined with other data sources and is not used for marketing. Log files are deleted by the hosting provider after a short period in accordance with its retention rules.
4. Links to other websites
This website contains links to external websites, for example to the artists’ pages on Facebook, Instagram, SoundCloud or YouTube and to online shops. Data is only transmitted to these providers when you click such a link. From then on, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data stored about you, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, an informal email to info@geneticmusic.de is sufficient.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (www.ldi.nrw.de), or the authority where you live or work.
